DJM Ecological Services, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Jon Wingo. Jon has a wealth of knowledge combined with extensive experience in tailoring plant communities to unique site conditions.  Jon is active in the native plant community and is currently the President of the Missouri Prairie Foundation.

In 2013, Doug Bauer became an equity partner in the business.  Doug brings a track record of growth and an understanding of the project delivery process specific to the restoration industry that will serve DJM well as the company seeks to expand in 2014 and beyond.

DJM Ecological Services employs professionals in native plant ecology and propagation, arboriculture, landscape ecology, wetland and riparian mitigation, soil bio-engineering, plant physiology, weed ecology, erosion control, restoration techniques, and wildlife biology. We have a large assortment of specialized equipment, including Truax no-till drills, 4WD Tractors, and custom prescribed burning tools.

DJM is committed to a safe, drug free work environment.  As part of our commitment, all of our restoration technicians adhere to an industry leading, ISN approved, safety program that keeps our team safe and our clients’ projects on schedule.
